Q : Are all of your technicians suitably qualified?
A : Yes. They are all qualified and know IT inside out. Put them to the test!

Q : Are you really available 24 / 7 or is it just a marketing gimmick?
A : Yes. Even if you need us at 3am we will be there. (The charges increase slightly after 10pm)

Q: How are your charges so much cheaper than the likes of PC World and The Tech Guys?
A: Our technicians are home based, so no overheads or expensive offices resulting in cheaper fees for you (See this link: Competitors Prices)

Q : Do you repair laptops, monitors, printers etc?
A : We fix anything PC related!! - Regardless of the problem or manufacturer. Although it’s usually cheaper to buy a new printer or monitor than attempt to fix it!.

Q : Is there a callout fee?
A : No. our hourly fee is all you pay. However if the technician can't solve your problem you are not charged for the time spent under our No-Fix No-Fee policy, a call out fee of £10 may apply to cover the engineers expenses

Q : What methods of payment do you accept ?
A : We accept online payments through Paypal (all popular credit cards), cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card and of course good old cash. Cheques should be made payable to “Trojan Computers"
